Overview HVEV Safety & Technical Training

By learning to work with correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), work procedures and tools, repairs and maintenance tasks could be carried confidently and safely. Moreover, the training provides a globally recognized certificate, enhancing the professional credentials of participants.

HVEV Safety & Technical Training Level 1
Learn about Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), tools, and the associated risks of working with DC High Voltage systems.
This course covers electrical laws, specific components, shutdown procedures, and practical assessments
This includes the powertrain, cooling systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

This course also includes a demonstration from the Trainer, and a written test

HVEV Safety & Technical Training Level 2
Ideal for service and repair technicians, diagnostic technicians, and automotive professionals with prior experience. Prior completion of Level 2 (TÜV) course
• Learning to work safely on Electric and Hybrid Vehicles (EHVs)
• Carrying out repairs on High Voltage (HV) systems using correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)and tools

- Certificates: Attendance & Professional Level 3 HVEV Certification from TÜV Rheinland (*15 minutes by each participant to demonstrate Practical Assessment on actual EV witnessed and assessed by TÜV Rheinland. Participants results: PASS/FAIL would be emailed individually)
